Services

Eight things we do,
and one we don't.

We build and run Shopify stores. We do not do paid ads, SEO or social — we will work alongside the agency that does, and tell you when a traffic problem is actually a store problem.

Launch

Getting the store built, moved, and configured properly the first time.

Store builds

from €12,000

A new Shopify store, built in the theme rather than bolted on top of it.

We design and build the storefront in Liquid, as theme sections your team edits in the Shopify customiser. No page builder sitting between you and your customers, no second CMS to learn, and no runtime you rent from somebody else.

  • Design in the browser, not in Figma purgatory
  • Theme sections your marketing team can actually edit
  • Product, collection, cart and checkout built together
  • Analytics and consent wired before launch, not after

Migrations onto Shopify

from €8,000

From WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, or something written in 2014.

The risk in a migration is never the products — it is the URLs, the redirects, the historical orders and the customer passwords. We map all of it before we move anything, and your rankings come with you.

  • Full URL map and 301 redirect plan
  • Products, variants, customers and order history
  • Subscription contracts migrated without re-billing anyone
  • A staged cutover with a tested rollback

App stack architecture

fixed €1,500

Which apps, why, and which ones we take off the store.

Most stores we open are paying for four apps that overlap and two that nobody remembers installing. We audit what is on there, cost it against what it returns, and leave you with a documented stack somebody else can understand.

  • Full audit of installed apps and their real cost
  • Overlap and orphan detection
  • Removal plan, sequenced so nothing breaks
  • Written reasoning for every app that stays

International & multi-market

Selling into more than one country without three more subscriptions.

Shopify Markets handles currency, routing, duties and local payment methods natively. We configure it properly, add translation where it earns its place, and remove the converter app that was quoting one price and charging another.

  • Markets, currencies and duties at checkout
  • Domain and routing strategy per market
  • Translation workflow that a human can correct
  • Local payment methods enabled per region

Grow

Keeping it fast, tested and earning once it is live.

Performance & Core Web Vitals

fixed €2,000

Usually a subtraction problem, not an addition one.

Slow Shopify stores are rarely slow because of Shopify. They are slow because of eleven apps injecting scripts into the head. We measure on real devices, remove what is not paying rent, and fix what is left in the theme.

  • Field data, not just a lab score
  • Third-party script audit with a removal plan
  • Image, font and critical-CSS work in the theme
  • A before-and-after you can hold us to

Subscriptions & recurring revenue

Only if subscriptions are the model, not a feature.

We will tell you honestly whether recurring revenue suits what you sell. If it does, we build it on native selling plans wherever possible so the buying experience stays inside Shopify and a future migration does not hurt.

  • Plan design: prepaid, flexible, swap and skip
  • Native selling plans where the catalogue allows
  • Dunning and failed-payment recovery
  • Customer portal that matches your storefront

Conversion work

Tested, or it is just redecorating.

We will not promise you a conversion-rate number — anyone who does is guessing with your money. We will find where the funnel leaks, propose changes with a reason attached, and only call something a win when the numbers say so.

  • Funnel and checkout analysis
  • Prioritised hypothesis list, biggest leak first
  • Implementation in the theme
  • Honest reporting, including the tests that failed

Ongoing care

€1,800–3,500 / month

A monthly retainer you can stop at the end of any month.

Theme updates, app reviews, seasonal campaigns, and someone who already knows your store when something breaks on a Friday. No hourly billing, because hourly billing pays us to be slow.

  • A named person who knows your store
  • Quarterly stack review
  • Campaign and seasonal build support
  • Response inside one working day

Not sure which of these you need?

That is what the week-one audit is for. It is yours either way.
