Shopify builds · migrations · app stack

Your store,
correctly loaded.

We build Shopify stores and migrations — then we own the app stack that runs them. Most agencies hand over twelve apps and a login. We tell you which four you need, and take the rest off.

The stack

We publish what we install.
And what we refuse to.

19 apps, weighed. Every one carries a reason and a threshold, and the ones that overload the hull are on the list too. An opinion with no date is a brochure, so this one is dated — last weighed September 2026.

How it goes

Four steps, and you can stop after the second.

  1. 01

    We read the store

Theme code, installed apps, page weight, checkout, analytics. Not an automated scan — a person reads it and writes down what they find.

  2. 02

    You get the audit

Written and specific, and it is yours whether or not you hire us. What is slow, what is duplicated, what you are paying for twice.

  3. 03

    One scope, one price

A single number against a written scope and a date. If we cannot price something confidently we say so instead of padding it.

  4. 04

    Build and hand over

You own the repository, the app accounts and the reasoning. If you replace us, nothing breaks.

What it costs

Questions

Including the awkward one.

We are new. Rather than hide that behind stock photography, we answer it first.

You have no case studies. Why would we hire you?

Fair question, and we would rather answer it here than dodge it. Shipshape is new. What we can show you instead is our reasoning — the stack page lists every app we build with, why, and which ones we refuse to install. Read it and you will know more about how we think than most case studies would tell you. That is also why the first few clients get founding pricing: you are taking a risk we are pricing honestly.

How long does a build take?

A straightforward store is six to eight weeks from kickoff. A migration with order history, subscriptions and multiple markets is ten to fourteen. We give you a date with the quote, and if we are going to miss it you hear about it early rather than on the day.

What does it cost?

Builds start at €12,000 and migrations at €8,000, quoted as one fixed number against one written scope after the week-one audit. Ongoing care is €1,800–3,500 a month. If we cannot price something confidently we will say so rather than padding it.

Do you work with our existing developer or team?

Often, yes. Plenty of brands have someone in-house who knows the store and needs help with a specific piece. We will scope around them rather than around replacing them.

Send us the store URL.

That alone is enough — we will have read it before we speak.
